Welcome to Our Farm

It all began with an idea. A history and love for all things farming. A love for nature. And a love for food.

Our story started in 2002 when Danny and I met. We were married in 2007, had Abby in 2009, and Lucas in 2010. We raised the kids in the house that Danny grew up in. Danny grew up farming with his dad, who grew up farming with his. His love for farming led to owning a farm as one of our dreams. We only lived on 1 acre, but were lucky enough to have family own land next to us. Through the years, Danny continued to help his dad farm- mainly corn, hay, soybeans, and cattle. We started our own journey small, in the 4-H world with a couple of rabbits. Slowly, that grew, eventually into chickens and a couple of pigs.

In 2023, we had a golden opportunity to purchase the farm right next door to us! The home needed a lot of work and took 9 months of renovating before we were able to move in. We now have 64 beautiful acres, a beautiful home, a pole barn, space for all of the rabbits, chickens, pigs, and now cows! We also have (as of this week!) 4! dogs and several cats.

In 2023, Abby was able to join her local FFA chapter. This led us to more seriously consider another dream that I’ve always had- farmers markets! Abby is helping lead our floral division, along with rabbit and swine, while Danny and I are focusing on produce. Danny and Lucas are also in charge of crops, cattle, and poultry!

We are so happy you have found us. I hope that you will enjoy following our farm adventures. We may be scattered in posts at times, but that’s the fun of it, seeing where the farm life takes us!
